- Make an appointment at the relevant department. Please receive your appointment card at the reception desk of the adminstration team.
- When you visit on the appointment date, please bring your ID card and go directly to the relevant department.
Please bring your ID card when you come to the hospital.
For medical benefit patients, please bring the medical treatment request form issued by the primary medical institution (public health center, sick / clinic)
